I found the pretty painting that was part of a collection. The back side says "This original oil painting, tastefully framed, is from a collection representing the works of artists from all parts of the world." Can anyone tell who this might be? And thank you in advance.

I don't know who the artist is, however, this picture reminds me of the movie, "Summer of 42".
