This is a dresser that has been passed down from my friends grandmother, around her family and friends, and now back to her. There are no markings on it that we can find to identify a year or maker but there is a number 488 printed on the back. There are 4 holes in the backing of it that may have been from an attached mirror. It has what I believe are dovetail drawers, potentially brass hardware or at least brass looking hardware, which is what is brining me to this site. I'm looking to find similar knobs to fill in the 7 that are missing. I think it would also be cool to help identify the era of the dresser to help us decide how we're going to restore it. Feel free to ask questions or give any advice, I'm open to taking different pictures of it as well. I'm new to the site so I'll either update this description if possible or reply in the comments.

I would guess this to be late 50's. Have you looked for the hardware at Lowe's or Home Depot? The one knob looks to be common.

You didn't provide any dimensions..but here's a similar one. May not be the correct color, but shows that they can easily be found..

The existing drawer pulls are Chippendale style. The drawer knobs would have been simple round knobs. Search Van Dyke's Restorers yo see what you are looking for.

I have this exact same dresser. With two additional pieces. A tall chest of drawers and the other a six drawer dresser. My Aunt gave them to me 20 years ago. I agree with the gentlemen above who suggested the era is 1950's. I am curious if I have those little brass knobs. Let me know if you can't find replacements. Finally something n this siteI know a little bit about before hand. Haha.
