I don't use this tool often, but it SURE is handy to have every once in awhile when I *do* need it??!!
A quality item made by C.S. OSBORNE & CO. in USA, that and 120 are stamped along its tang. Pic 4 shows the name stamped in the yellow plastic handle, pic 3 shows its 'bizness end' which is cut and grooved at the tip and slightly angled for leverage.
Though it is obviously not brand new, I don't believe it is too old either. C. S. Osborne remains in business today, and the same exact tool looks to appear on the front page of their website, under the 'upholstery tools' category.
