A little over 4-1/2" wide and 6" tall, this tin container with screw on top is decorated with Asian themed scenes around its sides. On the bottom is the only thing suggesting its original purpose, a sticker with a picture of cookies on it. There are no other marks or names anywhere, let alone any date, either on the sticker or the can itself.

This is what have found. Large vintage English tea tin, tea canister, tea caddy or biscuit tin made in England by Daher or Baret in the 1930-1940s.

See this as a startingpoint for more research.
