Hammer copper large relief depicting the American plains Indian native's hunting buffalo

I would like some information on this large hammered copper relief showing the American Native plains Indians on horses hunting buffalo.
There are names on the front but the camera cannot pick them up clearly. The back has a copper strip with the name of the receiver from The Transport Club and the Makers name, and Sept 28 65 so it's not that old.
Everything is in a script so i really can't make the letters out. So i need your help, please.
