This small porcelain Asian vase was my grandmothers I believe. It could have been a gift from from my father who was stationed in Korea or Japan in the Korean War. The vase is approximately 5-6” tall, is in excellent condition and is colorfully decorated in Asian images around the entire vase. Note the Asian makers mark on the bottom.

If anyone has any information on this in terms of country of origin and age that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance

Hi Kenstuff. Welcome to CW. Your vase is a miniature Satsuma earthenware piece from Japan. Although i'm not certain, i think it's from the 1930s/40s.
