Peacock Garniture

I wasn’t quite sure which category to put this in. My Great Uncle bought this clock/garniture for his wife as a wedding present in 1933. I was wondering if anyone might know which factory may have made it or which country it might be from? The clockface and mechanism were replaced many years back by a local jeweller, so aren’t original. The marks on the base of the vases are very hard to read and even harder to photograph. They look like 7333 or 73S3 ( in large type) plus T6, the number 19 (small but quite distinctly stamped) and faint letters that look like LR or DR on one of the vases?
