Mum believes this was a 1930’s wedding gift to her mother. Grandma certainly always displayed it. The mark on the base is very indistinct but I was wondering if anybody might recognise the design or maker? Many Thanks.

I think the mark is upside down and reads MADE IN ENGLAND. Can you show the whole base please?
