4" x 7" plastic double sided sign with gold cord hanger, from the landmark HOTEL FONTAINEBLEAU in MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
I've never been to this apparently iconic luxury Hotel, so don't know what era this PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB sign could be from. Wikipedia has lots of historic info about the place and famous things/people it has had connections to since opened in 1954 The googles also suggest it remains in business today, with room rates starting north of $400/night, so I doubt I'll actually visit anytime soon...
