Closer than close for a charming pair of parrots and nice for a collection like yours with a lot of parrots, beauties !~
Oh wow!! What a beautiful pair of parrots!!
The way they form into a heart is so clever and appropriate for this time of year! At first I was thinking lovebirds but then, parrots make more sense and I don’t know what a lovebird actually looks like! XD
I can see these two sitting on a branch together in the rainforest cooing sweet nothings to each other alright...(if parrots coo?! I dunno?!)
Thank you very much for the love

Thank you Phil for your awesome praise for this romantic parrot pair & the others in my menagerie, yes I'm a bird lover and think the most beautiful type are parrots esp in jewelry - so much color on them to use inventively! These cuddlers have been with me for yrs & it's always nice to find something you've never posted, glad you enjoyed :)
Scott thank you so much for your marvelous compliment, I think what makes this pair so special are the alternating red & blue colors on the birds i.e., one has a red body with blue head and vice versa. A creative design I thought
You're right Lauren, their bodies do form a heart and I'm thinking maybe they were made for Valentine's Day, it's cute how they're cuddling and their colors overlap. You know I'm not sure either if parrots coo, they are certainly louder than most birds (appropriate for size) and I love the way many learn to talk, I like to watch the ones on ytube who talk and even sing they're so amusing. Normally I would call this type lovebirds but on closer inspection, the heads and long tail are definitely parrots. Fabulous comment & super observ thanks a bunch!!
Many thanks aura for the love for my parrot pair, glad you enjoyed them and always appreciate your thoughtfulness
very nice love birds the heart shape was a nice thought of the maker of this piece... very nice.....
Thank you Apollo for your wonderful praise for this love birds brooch, yes I think the heart shaped bodies were a really good touch to make these cuddling birds more romantic :)
