I've been researching this vase for a while and can't find an answer to a question - hoping someone here can help.
Weller did a series of vases in the 20s based on state flowers and I'm looking for more information
The only real help was found at the Zanesville Art Museum website, but it was incomplete. I found a short, undated monograph there by Frank Norton that was informative, but fell short of a real answer. In brief, he wrote that (assuming I'm reading it right) only a handful of these vases have been documented consisting of 27 pots, 22 different states with 5 duplicates. The ZAM site displays about a dozen of the ones in their collection, none of which are South Dakota.
Does anyone know where a more complete list might be found? Has the population increased?
