    another 'what's it'? This one has Blue Bird inscribed right above the copyright on one side. The tool is about 6 inches from top to bottom. Anyone know what she is?

      This is a puller tool. Various sizes are used for different tasks..such as removing pulleys, steering wheels, harmonic balancers, etc.
