    I bought these dishes recently hoping they were old, sadly not, but I think they are "vintage". I've seen them described as "Mettamec" but I can't confirm that. If anyone has any information on them I'd be very grateful.

      I think now there is some doubt they are by Iittala, the shape doesn't quite fit, apparently several companies made similar ones, I'll keep looking.

      Thanks again TallCakes that's an enlightening article, I don't think mine are Iittala. Interestingly the design goes way back to 19thC. Sowerby glass No.1029 P56.
