I’m looking for any information on this mirror. It has a Southwestern, Native American, or Mexican motif, with stylized snakes stenciled onto the wood frame (there are pencil marks under the stencils outlining the shape that don’t perfectly align), arrows engraved into the metal bands at the top, and ceramic arrowhead shaped pendants hanging across the top. It also has two small boxes embedded, one on the upper left side with two doors (one’s missing) and another on the lower right with a panel that slides off to reveal a string of crystals and a pendant attached inside that as far as I can tell is original to the piece. It measures 24” across and 48” high. I haven’t found any maker’s mark on it at all and can’t tell if it’s genuine folk art or made to look that way, but it doesn’t appear to be mass produced. I haven’t come across any other like it. Any idea about its age or origin is welcome.
