Jewish german beer mug. Made of stoneware, i believe. Doesnt say germany but has a stamp the star of david an initials RN and letter E is stamped. Beautiful dragon design in cobalt, i tried to look this up an cant find anything. Also an engraving on lid says " Adolf Heilmann" it says he was a architect an designed a bridge. Got this piece at a goodwill store in Massachusetts. Thanks for viewing.

No, this is not a Jewish stein. I signed up for this account to say as much, as I was searching for antique steins from before the Nazis stole breweries from my people.
I don't know if links are allowed in comments, but please search for the term "brewer's star." Though Jews were very much a part of pre-Nazi beer brewing in Germany, the six-sided star was almost certainly not introduced in this context by Jews (we didn't start using it until the Middle Ages). It's a symbol that has shown up in parallel invention throughout the world, and all evidence points to this being a case of that.

It looks like the letters RM are written in the center of the star. If so, this stein was made by Reinhold Merkelbach between 1882 and 1933.

BTW the text on the stein means "In the midst of thirst, all worries disappear."
