Vintage 1980's that is I suppose, this is a "track lighting" type of fixture made by SWIVELIER of Finland. Instead of being on an actual "track", this one happens to be clipped onto a single-fixture sized base which would have been mounted in a stationary location someplace. (which kinda defeats the change-able intent that sorta made track lighting popular in the first place, doesn't it, but nevermind that now...???)
Pics are as it currently exists after I re-found it, attached a cord to it, and hung it on a hook on the wall over my desk. A modern purple LED bulb illuminates it at the moment, because one was handy when I got the little burst of energy required for all that. ;-) ;-) ;-)
It is a 'can light' design in satin white paint, capable of swiveling and rotating with four adjustable 'flaps' that can further help direct the light in a particular direction. As such it mimics similar flaps commonly found on professional stage lighting fixtures, and was thus both stylish and somewhat practical in nature, similar sorts of fixtures were often used as accent lights in retail environments.
The imprinted name info shown is actually on the part of it that gets clipped into the mounting bracket, the only other labels or marks are a bulb wattage rating and Underwriter's Labs number, both on paper labels inside by the socket.
[NOTE added the next day -- the white spots on the wall behind it in a couple of the pics are *not* created by this light fixture, that'd be the animated dance floor light I showed last week, which is now in the same room... :-) ]
