This necklace sold in January of 2022 to a Japanese collector for $50,000. This private Patania family pieces was made for my grandmother, Aurora Patania, in the late 1940s by Frank Patania senior. It was made of sterling silver and Number 8 mine Nevada, premium rare turquoise.

Almost brutalist in style, the turquiose is exquisite. Truly a fantastic piece a woman would have to be someone, to wear such a piece extraordinaire, so much love on this one !~
