Wonderful polar bear sculpture!!
He’s beautiful- but with his whiskey shade I at first thought he was a grizzly bear! All bears are fantastic btw, they make such interesting sculptures! : D
Has that sleek head of a Polar, I love the two tones with the rock having that saturation of colour, I imagine you treasure this beauty !~
Loves these! The color is fantastic!
Thank you so much everyone for the love

Scott thank you for your fabulous praise for this Swedish polar bear, he is in quite a nice pose & I'm so glad you enjoyed!!
Thank you Lauren & because I know you love polar bears I was on special lookout for them this winter, & very happy that you liked this one! Yes I can see the grizzly bear in the color and movement here, it did also come in clear glass which would be more definitively a polar bear but you know I always prefer colored glass animals as my first choice (the colors are prettier & they photograph better, for me anyway). Agree that all bears are fantastic esp the real ones, a fave movie of mine is the French film 'The Bear', such a terrific story & very touching when the baby bear is orphaned at the beginning. Your comments are always totally awesome and I'm truly delighted when you enjoy my animals :))
Phil aren't the color variations interesting, with amber glass there are so many shadings from brown to gold, almost like autumn leaves. I do indeed treasure this icy fellow & hope the real bears will continue to have their undisturbed frozen habitat. Thanks for your super praise & great observ
Thank you vintagelamp for your wonderful comment & enjoying this polar bear, I was lucky to find this warm amber color as it seems Swedish glassmakers favor uncolored clear & frost glass animals, so it is always a rare delight to find one like this
Thank you BB2 for the love for this glass bear, it's always very kind of you and much appreciated
With sincere thanks for the kind love Bruce, I'm always truly grateful for your thoughtful support & pleased you liked this Swedish bear
