little blue sparkly pendant, 1970's-ish

1" long, featuring a "pot leaf" surrounded by blue resin (?) with glitteries in it, made of grey toned metal that isn't marked as anything anywhere on the back. The first two pics are as I re-found it in a drawer recently, where it has spent most of its life since probably sometime in the 1980's when I got it somewhere from somebody, because I liked it. ;-) :-) The grey metal was uniformly *dull*.

Second two pics are after a good rubdown with silver cleaner/polish. It didn't magically turn into 'sterling', but the metal is nice and shiny again (maybe for the first time since I've ever had it?) so I added it to a handy and likewise silvertoned chain from the hobby store, so's I can actually wear it (again, or not??) if I want to...??
