Lots going on in yellow screened on the cover of this blue painted sheetmetal box that measures 11-1/2" wide. Inside it is divided into 16 little bins, there was probably a paper label on the inside of the hinged lid that's now gone. I assume it was a jobber's box from a 'supply department', but could have been a kit for use by a mechanic in a garage too, or both.
I don't know exactly how old it is, but Packard as an auto maker stopped in 1958, so it should be older than that anyway.
It was a 'can't resist this' thing found in a junk shop awhile back, even though I prolly paid a bit too much for it I'm still glad I did...
Now, to find something I have 16 different sorts of, that are small enough and need keeping apart from each other...??
There should be *something* around here like that...?? ;-) ;-) :-) :-) :-) <lol>
I have the battery cable rack that goes with this :)
