Looking for any information on this carved stone flowering bonsai tree. There seems to be many of them out there but when were these made? Where?

An aquintance friend knew a lot, unfortunately he has passed. He knew the value of these as an art form and carried them in his old shoppe of only the finest objects he knew so well. I remember him at a show, buying, and he spoke to me after the show ended giving me tips of info about these beautes !~
