1888 framed painting called “lady of shallot” framed. Found this stunning piece of artwork in a home that was having an estate sale. It is beautiful and rare!

      It is upside down.

Mike420, The CW software has a tendency to do that.

Edit your pictures, make the long sides of the rectangular images a bit shorter, then edit your post, and replace the upside down ones with the edited ones.

BTW, I think what you have is a print of a well-known painting by John William Waterhouse:

The poor Lady looked so better when she sat up instead of looking here like she had sunk. This print has an owner who disgraced her !~

Learn the basics of posting pics - they keep stressing they don't want upside down or sideways pics, but no new people listen !

And it is still upside down. (AlbeIT beautiful and rare.) Yikes - why don't people actually check what they posted?

Gillian, Meanwhile, I seem to be pouring information into another black hole (Mike420's vintage sewing machine post).

Good thing I like vintage sewing machines, huh? };-)
