    Really can’t seem To find this platter on the net, or the Markings . It’s quite heavy with a lot of scratches,however polished nicely , even with the scratches still showing. Thanks for the advice or info. Cheers

      Often makers of silver-plated items would mimic stamps of real silver pieces to give the appearance of being fancy.

      Be careful polishing. Too much and you can possibly polish through the silver plate layer..

      ValueVillage/Saver's -- OH, how I miss treasures found with those price tags on 'em, since they closed the stores here... :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
