    I don't know how to 'date' SCRABBLE sets, but will bet this one comes via the 1960's-70's or so, anyway. The box is kinda dusty but intact, and without counting anything it looks like all the tiles are probably in there along with the folding gameboard.

      There's a copyright at the bottom of instructions..newest one is the date of board...

      I generally don’t care for games but this one, I really do like. I’ll have to check the date on mine now.
