I'm reasonably certain that's what these ARE anyway, though also fully admitting I haven't begun to research them yet to see if I can determine what exact sort of 'railroad lantern' these might fit into -- unless of course they go with some other kind of antique oil lantern instead, but I'm guessing railroad anyway...?
The four rectangular ones are nearly identical but for their exact style of wick raising things or handle wires and clips, plus the one round example. The rectangular ones are marked "FOR KEROSENE OIL ONLY" and "THE ADAMS & WESTLAKE CO. NEW YORK - PHILA - CHICAGO". The round one is marked "USE LONG TIME BURNING OIL ONLY" and "No.300". The four are 3-3/4 x 4-1/2", the round one is 2-3/4".
