    I don’t remember the story about Ticketty Boo. I believe he was from WWII. He belonged to my Mom but unfortunately I don’t remember the story about him.

      I'm not sure where he is from. My Mom was in the Royal Canadian Navy and I believe she got him then. Wish I had asked a few months ago when she was still with us.

      I don't know who made him or where, but I think he is a bit older than WWII...
