Vintage etching I found in an old antique frame

I found this etching in a vintage antique old wood frame that had a different picture in front of it. By barely touching it with my finger it could smudge so I’m thinking it’s some type of charcoal perhaps? Anybody with information of who it looks like would be greatly appreciated! There is no signature or writing anywhere. thank you Tracy
