THE ELECTRIC DECK trick cards

From HAINES' HOUSE OF CARDS in Norwood, Ohio, THE ELECTRIC DECK [is supposed to] looks normal enough at a glance. One could presumably follow the instructions they are complete with, then perform shuffling tricks (I guess, or??) to amaze and impress one's friends.

Pics 3 & 4 show the "secret" -- all the cards are fastened together with short slender strings.

I haven't un-done the paper wrapping on the box to see the instructions that I presume are there -- if not they're gone because nothing else is inside.
