Unusually Embellished Cut Crystal Bowl

I love crystal and this bowl, although not really old, had some charm. I can never keep the different patterns apart. After looking at them for a few minutes, they all look the same to me - LOL. This bowl looks to me like it could be mid or late last century and made in Czechoslovakia or possibly in other European countries.
What intrigued me was the silver tone decoration below the rim. The braided wires appear hand made and the grapes and leaves look stamped. In the fourth picture close to the bottom right corner are some symbols or numbers. Using my magnifying glass, I kind of made out a partial number 9 and 5 - but that could be my imagination or my bad eyesight.
The silver tone metal was totally black. I cleaned it a bit and now it appears to be mostly silver. In the pictures the metal looks like plated. It is possible but in real life it doesn't look like it.
Just one last thought: In my opinion, the pattern of the bowl and the decoration don't go together.
