    Found in my father's old toolbox. Has "Pat Pend" stamped on the handle. No idea what this is. Could be a clamp of some sort. Help!

      What are the dimensions? The first thought was, one of those glass display case locks. Not sure..looks like it has a guard and the other part moves back and forth...

      Overall length of this tool is 5" and 1" wide at the widest point. The part that is rounded can be pulled back to close the clamp.
