Art Deco or not?
This ceramic item could be a soap dish or an ashtray, or even something else....it is a mystery to me. Also mysterious is its manufacturer, as the only mark on its reverse is "414". Its color is of a hue which to me is close to Buffalo China's "Blue Lune".
The piece measures about 11.3Cm long, 8Cm in width, and 5Cm tall at the goose's crown.
