      Welcome to CW!
      Interesting item…looks like something for the kitchen but, other than that, I have no idea.
      You are allowed 4 pictures so I suggest you make a picture of the bottom. Also, replace one of those pictures with a new one showing the handles so CW members can see how they are attached.

      Can you get a clearer picture of the scrolling?
      The top part of the cone looks like copper. Is the rest of the item copper?

      Looks like the inside of a washing machine..lol. can we see the bottom, obviously it's missing some pieces.
