These two stapled paperbound booklets are both about 5" x 7", pics 1 & 2 are their fronts and backs.

"AUTHORISED GUIDE TO THE TOWER OF LONDON" is dated 1927 on its cover, also bearing wording "Under Revision." and "[Crown Copyright Reserved.]" with "Price 2d. Net.". Inside it contains several advertisements on its beginning and ending pages, with about 35p in between filled with text and pictures describing aspects of the Tower. Pic 3 here shows inside its front cover.

I can't find a date on the LONDON booklet, which contains about 60p including many black and white photographs along with text describing things and places a typical tourist would want to know about, organized in sections with a table of contents. Pic 4 here shows that along with its publisher, "THE TRAVEL AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND". At least a couple of the photos within show automobiles that might help date the book to the late 1920's-1930's, there is a map of London inside the back cover. The cover art (same on both sides) is also interesting unto itself, with its very art-deco styled (I think) gray and orange representation of a Guardsman with sword and the word LONDON, the image is marked/signed as by "JOHN FARLEIGH" in the lower left corner.
