My father gave me this painting. I haven’t the faintest idea of how he came to own it. It looks old, most likely vintage at best. I am having difficulty identifying the stamp in the back as well as the possible artist of this piece. Any help, clues and/or advice on searching more on this piece is greatly appreciated.
