This item is in very good condition, the cards are in like new condition, the box has some wear and as you can see in the second picture, some of the cardboard (or whatever it is) has been peeled off, because when it came in they're was tape over the box tuck and I had to rip it off to open the box, so that's why it's ripped. The manufacturer is The United States Playing Card Company.
