Hello everyone!!
As a collector of doorstops, there are several rare holy grail doorstops that every collector desires to have in their collection. Here's one that I've wanted for many years and was finally able to find one at a reasonable price. It's a cast iron "Huckleberry Finn" doorstop. He is a wedge style doorstop and was made in the very early 1900's by LITTCO Products. This one has experienced a bit of paint loss throughout it's 100 year life, but is still in very nice condition regardless. When I took ownership of this one, it required a tremendous amount of cleaning which allowed the nice bright colors to finally be seen once again. I did a apply a thin coat of transparent wax to protect the finish. There are reproductions of this Huckleberry Finn doorstop, but this one is a true original. He's quite large for a doorstop and measures 12 3/8" tall and 9 3/8" wide. Pic #4 shows what he looked like before I cleaned him up.

Thanks!! I just added a before pic. Original Huck Finn doorstops are very difficult to come by and when you do find one, sellers are asking $$$$. There are many reproductions out there that sellers are trying to pass off as original. But, avid doorstop collectors can spot the reproductions pretty easily.
