Hi there,
This came in a mixed lot of Victorian items.
But I have no idea what it is?
It feels scientific. The brass circular end has a thread, foe something to attach.
The handle is bone and the whole thing is well engineered.
It is 6cm folded up and 8cm x 6cm opened.
All help appreciated

I got the sticker in a surf shop in Australia in the mid 90's. And had it stuck to my tv for years.
I do love tv, but also often feel sucked in by it, if you know what i mean?
