Apparently this is referred to as the Red and Green Bottle Clock by Pam Clock Co. I found the following info at a Pam Clock collector's website (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Pamclocks4cocacola/messages):

The Pam Coca-Cola Red & Green Bottle Clock was produced
between 1948 and 1957. The clock numbers are in a green
border with an outline of a Coca-Cola bottle in the red center.
The bottle has TRADE MARK REGISTERED on it. Folklore has it
that this clock was a "Christmas" clock because of its color
although that is unconfirmed and remains speculation.

The early design clocks were made in Brooklyn, New York,
between 1948 and 1956. The outline of the bottle is goldenrod
along with the Coca-Cola script inside the bottle and is similar to
the 1957 New Rochelle clock but with the Brooklyn address.

The early design had the Brooklyn identification below the
      number 6: PAM CLOCK CO., BROOKLYN 1, N.Y., U.S.A. The "P"
in Pam starts at and is directly under the 33 minute demarcation
and the "A" in U.S.A. ends directly under the 27 minute
demarcation with the period nearer the number 5. The "Y" in N.Y.
is directly under the 28 minute demarcation. The "RO" in
BROOKLYN is directly under the 30 minute demarcation square.

The other version of this clock is the "New Rochelle" version,
which was produced in Pam's New Rochelle facility in 1957.
This clock was only produced in 1957 with the copyright date.
The inscription below the number six reads: PAM CLOCK CO.,
INC., NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., (CIRCLED C) '57. The "M" in Pam
starts at and is directly under the 33 minute demarcation. The
copyright circled "C" is directly under the 27 minute demarcation.
The "EW" in NEW YORK is directly under the 30 minute
      demarcation square.

The Pam Company never made any of these clock faces with
bold face identification below the number six and white
Coca-Cola script inside the bottle. Any other deviation in this type
sequence indicates type set, spacing and punctuation errors
inconsistent with an original manufactured face.
