It is in Latin. Google “Aligaverunt oculi mei”. That will get you started.

Have a listen to this to get a feel for what this may have sounded like.

The text you have here includes some Vulgar Latin text of Job 16:11 but reworded.

"aperuerunt super me ora sua exprobrantes percusserunt maxillam meam salutati sunt malis mei.

Caligaverunt oculi mei a fletu meo quia elongatus est a me qui consolabatur me: videte omnes populi si est dolor similis sicut dolor meus."

they have opened their mouths against me reproachfully, they have struck me on the cheek, they have been greeted with my misfortunes.

My eyes have been dim by my weeping, because the one who comforted me is far from me: see all you people, if there is any like pain like my pain.
