This and a few subsequent posts are to show my 1930's-40's HAMILTON BEACH MODEL E stand mixer and its (full?) compliment of accessories. Pic #1 is (non original) boxful #1 of most of it all, including (pic 2) the motor unit, mixer stand base with bowl turner, POWER UNIT stand base (for use with other accessories), two sizes of HAMILTON BEACH branded milk glass mixing bowls and beater blade assembly, and a HAMILTON BEACH MODEL 3 MEAT GRINDER and FOOD CHOPPER in its own original cardboard box.
Pic 3 shows the motor on the main stand and also the unique beater assembly which is actually only *one* single thing comprised of multiple parts all held together. I remain uncertain what the single small steel thing on the mixing bowl platform is for, but am guessing it is a tool used to tighten various parts of accessory things together for use.
Pic 4 is a closer view of the bowls trying to show both their underside branding, and how the larger one has been long ago broken in two then glued/cloth taped back together. Looks positively awful but it apparently worked anyway, as the "repair" is still holding itself together now, who knows how many decades later. ;-) :-) I actually believe I have one or three more similar HAMILTON BEACH bowls around here someplace that've been harvested from junk shops, if I find myself a good place to display this thing(s) one of these days, I'll havta go digging and find those, too?! :-) :-) :-)
