Hello everyone!!
I typically collect doorstops, bookends, bronze sculptures, etc..... But, when I saw this piece it immediately caught my eye and I had to have it in my collection. It's an antique cold painted spelter sculpture of a little boy hand feeding a beaver. It's so wonderfully detailed and beautifully painted. His facial features, as well as his fingers and toes are so incredibly detailed. I'm not sure of the exact age of this piece, but I'd place this in the early 1900's. This sculpture measures 7 1/2" tall, 7 3/4" wide and 3 5/8" deep.
Thanks very much for stopping in for a look!!
