Antique/ vintage Brooch or Hat pin

Hi would like to know if it's a brooch or hat pin its 925 its 2" closed 3" when opened. round ring 1 1/2" with two Ball's one pin with a ball its marked 925 and as other marks looks like a crown, marks not very clear.
