I found this beautiful little Posey holder (Tussie Mussie) today. I've done a little research and it is possibly from mid to late 19th Century. It is made of gilt metal, I am uncertain of the handle, but I know there is an amethyst stone at the bottom. The little blue stone is glass and there was a broken blue stone in the purchase bag. I believe it is missing a chained ring on the end. I will continue researching but wanted to share. I didn't know how to categorize this item. If anyone has an idea, please feel free to assist. Thanks!

Charming and collectible piece! Mid 19th, category Victorian accessories (?) Or "objets de vertu" in French, "Porte bouquet".
It seems the handle is ivory, and right, missing a chain and ring :-)

Kyratango, thank you so much for the information. I'm going to go back and see if I can locate the ring. Ivory; seems so special. Thank you!
