This 4"W silvertone fish brooch has numerous pink & white small round rhinestones with black eye & nose, and a dangling tail. By Dorothy Bauer ca 1980s. She began designing costume jewelry on the west coast in 1979

She’s got such an unusual little tail- I was wondering at first is it pose-able? Or does it hang loose when pinned to something?
The candy pink stripes are really pretty and feminine too, she’s such a beauty! :)

Thank you Lauren for your wonderful praise, and as for the tail, it can only be posed when lying down, if you wear it the tail does hang down - but it moves around so it's alot of fun to wear! This is so sparkly and pretty in the pink, it also came in black & white but the black stones are matte so I'm happy I got this one
