Vintage GI Joe Action Sailor Scuba Tanks Small Card Set 1964

This card is a bit on the rough side but it is a survivor. This was on a large card with a wet suit and accessories and on this small card by itself. The other pieces of the scuba set were also sold on small cards for kids who couldn't afford the large set or some such reason.
On the backside of the card, which is still sealed in the original plastic is an Action Sailor manual. And you can barely see it but there is also an insert which shows all the other GI Joe sets available at the time. I will post one some time.
Last I have my Action Sailor undersea display. It is all GI Joe including the octopus, shark and squid. You can see the squid tentacle off to the right.
