Larger Abstract Mixed Media Art Piece. Stamped on back 'J. Alan Gallery Gatlinburg TN- (A Different View) and gives the address etc... of gallery.
The Face, 2nd picture shows the face detailing better from the side, is sculpted out of a cloth material, thinner, and softer to touch even for being painted. Thinking material might be a quilt type batting material, but not sure? Perhaps it's leather, but not 100% sure. It is not paper mache as the thickness of the material is consistent throughout the piece. There is a decorative "ceramic" embellishment with 3 pheasant feathers hanging down from that that completes this art piece. No signature/numbers present on front that I can detect. I have searched, and the gallery shows now as being permanently closed.
