    Any ideas of the type of wrench this is? My garage sale treasure found today. No markings of any kind. Looks to be handmade.

      Judging by the wood grain in the background it looks like it is very small, which makes me wonder if it is actually a wrench at all -- also because the sides of the openings on its ends don't really look parallel like a wrench should be...?

      That's what I was thinking...looks like it's cast and not strong enough to be a wrench. Maybe a shift fork or linkage? Small pickle fork type removal tool?

      Interesting on thoughts of what it is. The size is 9 1/2" x 5 3/4 " Knowing the size does that help? I love to figure out the "oddities" I find and think about how they were once used. Thank you!

      Thank you for sending the information on the one that looks similar. That tells me it's not such an odd one after all. This is my first time posting on this site. Thank you for taking the time and making my 50 cent buy fun finding out what it is.
