Marx Stony Smith Box MCMLXV

Or I wanted a GI Joe and got this instead. That is what the guy I bought this from said although this is not the one he got. This post is for the box by the way.
Stony Smith was the Marx answer to GI Joe. An answer which was a bit cheaper on a couple levels. Stony had limited articulation. The arms moved and the head could turn left and right but not up and down. But the waist and legs did not move at all. Also Stony's accessories were molded in green and weren't painted like GI Joe's. But Stony made up in quantity what was lacking in quality. Stony came with tons of vacuum cleaner clogging accessories. 3 rifles, submachine gun, .30 machine gun, pistol, helmets, belts and so on.
Anyway it is a fine box with good graphics. And a final note is that Stony had the same head sculpt as Johnny West.
