US Navy Jumper

I'm bringing in a bunch of mysteries today, most of them military related. Can anyone help me with info about this jumper? It has "USS Abraham Lincoln" on the upper right shoulder.
I don't know what the blue flap thing is called, but if you lift it up the tag is sewn under it.
I would love to know about the eagle on the left sleeve, because it doesn't look like the other eagles I've seen when searching online. You cant see it, but there are two red stripes at the wrist (on the same sleeve as the eagle). I literally know next to nothing about this jumper and want to know everything I can know. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks
