I posted a version of this long ago but this one is red. And as a collector I need all the variations. The King Size Claas Harvester was first released in 1967 and sold through 1972. In 1970 when the switch to Superfast was made it turned red. That was merciful as other models turned to metal flake gold and other tacky colors.
The model has two nice features. First the chute turns out so you can load a hay wagon pulled by a tractor. Second the harvester blades turn as it rolls on the floor. As seen in the last photo there are two slits on the underside to make it roll.
